Another view of the engine hoisted. The lines going off to port go to the stern cleat on that side and hold engine slightly to port, while I do starboard side holes. Next I'll hold engine slightly to starboard and do port side holes.

Engine hoisted up to do a multi-part project. 1) overdrill/epoxy fill/re-drill mounting holes; 2) Raise engine by two holes (1-1/2"); 3) Add wedges for 5? more tuck (probably); 4)Add aluminum "bar" across between upper mounts on inside of transom (like big washer); 5) Add larger washers on inside of lower holes; 6) Replace stainless coarse-thread fasteners with better grade coated, fine-thread fasteners; 7) Replace silicone (groan) with proper sealant.
