Hi C-brats
There is an new update on my website
The humminbird side Scan works great, but just up to 7Mph.
The fishfinder function works at all speed :thup
The side scan helped us a lot to see if we are going in an boulder field or where the deep channels are.
Up to now we just have pictures from boulders...
But as soon as we find something interesting(wrecks ect.) i will post it on my website.
We have the international version !
The quality of the side scan sonar pictures are very good, but of course not as good as a scan with an tow fish side scan...
The problem to bring ORCA to Alaska is that our trailer is in Hay river....
We have people interested all over the north, so I think if we are lucky we will sell ORCA in the NWT.
But hey C-Brats first
We thinking to change our plan, instead to go on from Fort Smith, we are thinking to go to Hay river and start into the Great Slave Lake from there.
The other good thing would be that we could maybe go up the Hay river to the waterfalls
We will go than to Snowdrift and further to reliance in the east arm of great slave lake. The people of snowdrift have a spiritual gathering in reliance, so we really looking forward to that.
Cant wait to get my ICOM Radar installed....
