    What's in YOUR water tank?

How do you know the particles are there if there is no supply to the fixtures? Do you have access to the inside of the tank?

    I CANT ADD PICTURES

I uploaded this and included it in the post using an old version of Safari - just wanted to see how things work. This 'postcard' shows exterior and interior views of F. Silvestris and pictures of the Chief Engineer (in training) and Captain. Thanks for your help folks! Roy

    I CANT ADD PICTURES

Thanks Bill. FYI, Safari 3.1.2 which I just downloaded, still has not fixed the problem. Guess I'll have to get out my old Mac :D

    I CANT ADD PICTURES

I'm having a similar problem to the initial poster on this thread. The first picture posted fine using the "invitation" on the form. When I click (or right click or any other kind of click I can think of) on the "album actions" menu item "add photos" nothing happens. All the menu items behave...

    What's in YOUR water tank?

Thanks Joe: I was fooled by the distinction between page and image addresses (even though the .php file extension gives it away). It is well explained in the Mac Users Forum. Roy

    What's in YOUR water tank?

I just installed an inspection window in my water tank. Here's how it looks: http://www.c-brats.com/modules.php?set_albumName=F-Silvestris&id=TankWindow&op=modload&name=gallery&file=index&include=view_photo.php (How do you get the picture to appear here?) I found out a few things that fellow...

    Wallas on the fritz

Hi Joe: Maybe they rewrote the software so that the stove automatically runs on high after startup and shutdown - easy enough to do - and that's why the manual is different. Running on high BEFORE shutting down...now that could be a bit harder for the computer to figure out! Roy

I couldn't find this stated in the posted instruction manual - am I missing something here?

    Boater competentcy...

I don't have a definite view on licensing boaters (excluding PWC ) , but the argument that plenty of licensed drivers are dangerous etc. is not an argument against licensing. An argument against licensing would be that in two populations of drivers, one licensed and the other...

The "New" AirHead and the Nature's Head

Had my AH only for three months so experience is limited, but very pleased so far. Excellent build quality, no odor at all and no trouble. Don't you larger folks find it a bit cramped -- but maybe you find the standard unit cramped too.

Best small coffee thermos on the planet is......

Maybe I can save Joe the trouble :D The heat content of the coffee is proportional to its volume, and it loses heat at a rate proportional to its surface area. To conserve heat you would like a high ratio of volume to surface area, i.e. for a given volume the smallest possible surface area...

    Waeco or Engel ?

The CF-40 (39qt) medium size Waeco isn't "rectangular" inside. There's a protrusion on one of the shorter sides which removes some useful space, so check that you don't mind it. Here's a diagram which illustrates: http://www.thecellarstore.com/images/waeco/cf40-dims.jpg Waeco units use the...
