King Canvas made the original covers for these boats so they have the patterns. They are snap on coverings which work well. You have to put in the male parts into the window frame--not a difficult job.
 
King made the canvass for Journey On. The window curtains were an add on. I had to install the snaps on the curtains and the other side on the window frames. Worked out well, ~$500. Our only mistake was not ordering them with the boat.

A thought is to install the front window coverings inside. Makes it a lot easier to put up and take down, especially if it's wet outside. Here's how it looks:

After doing it this way, I don't know why they put the covering on the outside.

I bought a pair of pliers with dies to set the canvass snaps from Defender.

We ordered 5-6 yards of matching sunbrella from Sunbrella central,
cut patterns, bought appropriate edging from craft store, took it to shoe repair shop and had the whole works, material and labor for about 90.00. I installed the snaps myself and replaced window frame screws with snap bases. I dont believe you can tell the difference between ours and factory. We store them in a one of the bags that came with the deck chairs, perfect size, and put it on the overhead shelf. I can send you the patterns if you would like.

Ditto what has been said about King Marine Canvas. They made the window covers for Napoleon and I too keep the front window cover inside. As I recall the entire set was around $600.
 
If you wanted to learn how to do canvas work, the window coverings would be a great place to start. You can buy all of the items from Sailrite--including the thread and needles. You will use pre formed binding tape, and a 5 yards of Sunbrella (somewhere about $15 a yard). The snap dies are not expensive- either set with a hammer or a pair of vise grips--my set does all of the various snaps and cost less than $60--plus a square jaw set of vise grips. I like to back any place I put a snap with 6 oz dacron sail cloth, it holds much better than the Sunbrella.

My Tom Cat window coverings were a "gift" from the factory because of all of the problems with the boat. It turned out that they send the wrong color, so I had two sets--the second set was eventually used on the 25.
 
I just had a set of inside privacy curtains made for me by AMERISEAM in Tampa, Fla. They have done great work for me in the past. Contact Jim-he made privacy curtains for my 22 cruiser. I cut patterns and sent them to him. It cost me $130.00-they sent me two bags of snaps for me to put on. I used the vise grip dies for the curtains and they sent me screw snaps for the hull. They did a nice job-Sunbrella fabric of your color choice, edging, reinforced edging, and snap straps. AMERISEAM.COM OR 800-755-2221. They also have very affordable stainless bimini hardware.

We recently used "Top Gun" fabric to make both rollup and velcro up curtains for our 25. About 85 bucks worth of fabric was plenty to cover everything glass. It is such a heavily coated (but not heavy) product that you can cut it and use it without sewing to keep it from fraying. We got a beige color that almost disappears visually. We used industrial adhesive backed velcro to mount them and it is holding up well enough so far. A couple of strips came off but I think those were applied too cold. One could always apply just a bit of fabric glue if necessary. There are a couple of pics in our album.

We thought so, too, Dave; but we were picking our boat up and heading out to cruise immediately... and Joan's sewing machine was 2600 miles away. Joan has made other Sunbrella items for the boat (interior hatch cover, bag for the rolled up camperback, motor cover for storage, screen door). This is second hand, but she says it isn't hard to work with... and the windows would be an easy project. Make a pattern from some butcher paper, cut 'em out, put the edging on, then the snaps (that's my part). Even as a first time project, this would be a confidence builder.

Got curtains made from Sunbrella for the side/back windows and door that run on tracks w/ snap tape. Have three panels for the windshields that snap in place. All by a local (WA) fellow C-Brat at half that. She did a fantastic job. It could be even cheaper dependent on what Sunbrella material you use. We used the heavier 9.0 oz. material @ $16/yd.
