Here is is, the ultimate dinghy. Granted, you can't get it on the top of the cabin, but think of the other perquisites! How about those early trips to Lake Powell, when the water is too cold for bathing and swimming. Here it is, the............................. Yacht Tub!

So, we're gonna have to get a trailer to hook behind our boat trailer to get it to Lake Powell? Hot tub - I'm in!!

In Prince William Sound a hot tub after a day of snowshoeing would be heaven, put me down for one.

It's a cool idea, but you need an expensive accessory: a 100 foot yacht!

Heck, our TC255 would tow that sucker! How much is it and will a Honda 2000 power it?

Charlie, you might need 4 or 6 of the 2000's.... and maybe a boat trailer to take them along on. Or, just boat in warmer water.

Looks like fun. I love the hot tub idea too, can I put it in the cockpit of the 22 until ready to deploy :?:

Charlie- There's an easier way to do that: Take a Cruise Ship up to the Hubbard Glacier in Alaska and set in one of the hot tubs on deck as the Naturalist explains all about the glacier's workings. Margarita, anyone?

We did that about 15 years ago, and the weather was wonderful, with an unusual day of sunny, fair weather of over 70 degrees. We were even able to see Mount Fairweather on the way back to the Icy Straits and Glacier Bay.

As I get older, taking the easy way out rather than dragging my own boat around the pond is beginning to sound more appealing. :smiled

Your cockpit will hold plenty of hot water. Just find out a way to heat it and seal the cabin door with duck tape!

Better yet, there are a number of natural hot springs along the way in both BC and AK--take advantage of those. Not sure we have hit all of them, but we tried!
