The most exciting thing I ever saw was an empty beer can (it was Olympia).

That instantly took me back to the 70s.

Apparently the divers weren't the only ones who got a surprise... pretty cool watching that big fella turn around to take another look!

Always a thrill to see those water mammals - I think someone would have to remind me to breathe if I was that close underwater! 8)

One of the most thrilling dives I had was with sea lions at Santa Barbara Island. They were curious, but not aggressive. Swam right up to me, and allowed me to touch them. Also big manta rays in Mexico are thrilling. Never been in the water with a whale--but I think it would be a great experience.
