Porta-Potti Solution

Just remember that if you pee off of your boat you will get a ticket if they catch you. If you go swiming in the water and pee, they will never find out.

To answer Alan's question about municipal regulations. For the most part the regulations will be posted or you will be told when you sign into a marina. There are a few designated "NO Discharge" zones. These are well documented on the internet, and often signs are posted. Many places allow MSD type I Llectra-san or Pura-san devices) when on the ICW or some inland waters. Many lakes are total no discharge areas, and may even require that thru hull fittings be disconnected.

Bob, et al. -- I was told that pee is sterile and has no effect on the marine ecology. True? Poo, of course, is another story! :crook

I really enjoy Boot Key Harbor... sure wouldn't want to go swimming in there, though. :disgust

Warren,

Urine is full of nitrogen ... fertilizer for pond scum and algae. It also contains lots of germs, depending on what ails you.
