Installed a Lone Star GX2 anchor winch

I have never learned how to post or send pictures on this site.
I can send a picture from my phone to yours should this work.
I have 600 ft of 1/4" dyneena, 12 ft of shock cord and 35 ft of G4 chain on my GX2.
I would have been happy with 400 ft. But the dealer intalled the 600 ft.
And the reel is full, but works outstanding.
The site is far easier since the update/conversion to post pictures-- prior to this it wasn't worth it, ha. You have three options, with the same visuals on a computer as on a phone.

Option 1:
Copy image from elsewhere (eg, browser tab/window, another application) and paste it into the body of the message.

Option 2:
Tap/Click the paperclip "attach files" beneath the message box, and select your photo

Option 3:
Tap/Click either of the photo/media icons in the style bar, and select your photo

Thanks for this. I'm not sold on the windlass vs drum winch, and am considering a deck-mounted box to house either. I'd also be considering 25' feet of chain, followed by X-feet of nylon, followed by Y-feet of dyneema. I am not actively researching these at the moment, and don't know enough about any of it to have an opinion (or if a 3-material rode makes sense in the first place), but saw a FB post about it and was reminded it was on my non-urgent list. I sold my nice Rocna with my Sun Cat catboat, and so need to size my anchor and roller for the C-Dory, and consider what/where for my second anchor. Right now I only have a folding PWC anchor used for my old skiff on the beach (glorified paper weight) which drags on the c-dory in anything more than pond conditions (as would be expected). So, anchoring etc will be a pre-launch project coming up soon.

To post photos, just do your reply and where you want the pboto click on "Attach files" in the lower left hand corner of the "reply" box. Much easier than the old site.
