How Many Days per Year Spent on Your C Dory?

Don't know if it truly counts....but I kinda think it does.....often I sit at the helm of "Sea Shift" in the shop at home and make "motor sounds" when I'm unable to get out on the wet stuff.

Maybe I should start a log book for those occasions. I've already been on it once today and the day isn't over. (I took a break while I was remodeling a portion of the upstairs shop for Carol's sewing/quilting room). She gets lonely when I spend time out there on "Sea Shift" and she's in the house. Soon, we'll both have things to do in the shop...

Beautiful photos!

We spent 75 days on the C Dory 25 this year--and that is our "West coast boat"--all of those were "sleep over". The Tom Cat at our home was under way about 25 days--and about 12 of those were overnighter or more. Interestingly the mileage on both boats was not that much different--with about 1500 miles on the C Dory 25 and about 1000 miles on the Tom Cat--We have another 18 foot open boat--and were on the water at least 40 days during the year in that boat--and it is a boat we use more around our home for our day trips, since it uses much less fuel. (averages 6 miles a gallon)

Here's hoping we spend more days on each boat next year...
