Hello - I have noticed that my bunk boards on my trailer are scuffing up the bottom of my hull. I am pretty sure it's from where I normally launch which is by a tractor. Guessing they are not dunking the trailer deep enough for when I drive the boat on. Took it to a gelcoat repair person and told me it is just surface scuffs/scratch and not through the gelcoat. If repaired it would be very pricey and probably next time at same launch it would happen again. Has this happened to any of you and have you come up with a solution to prevent this from happening. Not really wanting to change to rollers and not even sure if that would help. read about those plastic covers for the bunk boards but not sure if that would help. Or should I just deal with it. Any advice is much appreciated.
