Our boat has been sold to a very nice and wonderful couple on Whidbey Island! We drove up Friday and spent the day with them going over all the systems/accessories, having lunch, launching the boat, running over to Port Ludlow and back...what a fun day! It was bittersweet for Amy and I but we...

Watched lots of videos and did a lot of reading...went with a 13 lb Mantus M1 with about 50 feet of chain and 250 of 8 plait line. For the 25 C-Dory I would recommend a 25 lb with a same amount of chain/line....that would seem secure holding power.

We have a sale pending on our boat....will be transferring to new owners in the coming weeks. We will have mixed feelings the day we transfer...so many memories but are excited for the new owners to enjoy coming adventures!!!

Yes....we are excited to go....I think this was Teddi’s first gathering....she was born summer 2008 and we took her to the 2009 Cathlamet gathering. We may be there on Friday and then leave Sunday...looking forward to seeing old and new Brats.... John
