I'm with Bob, take it all apart, clean everything up, and redo all of it if you really want the problem to be gone, look good when done, and to not do it over and over again.
Bob asked if it is between the glass and the frame and the frame and the cabin. Well???? He asks because the procedure for the repair makes a difference as to where the leak is coming from. Mine leaked between the cabin and the window and I just took out the window and put some 2 sided tape like stuff (reminded me of plumber tape) from the local RV store and it hasn't leaked since then. It was very straightforward to do. I could have tried to seal it otherwise, but it would looked horrific for sure. And it would probably still be leaking......
Your window sticking in the front due to the 5200 you put on the back window seems like a spurious correlation. I think they have nothing to do with one another. My front sliders stick all the time - for whatever the reason, probably mostly from the salt. I hope you get yours released.
