There is a leak through a seal through the windows. Any suggestions as to how to repair it?

Port side non sliding window. I put some 5200 on there and now my sliding window doesn't open. I out it on the inside bottom left corner of the port side non sliding window.
Is the leak between the glass and the frame, or between the frame and the side of the cabin? Although 5200 is a great product--it probably is not the best for this application. Hopefully you got it out so that the window slides again...If not this may mean a new bottom "furry" track.
It is possible that the window may need to be removed and the glass re-bedded. This is one place where I think that both butyl tape and some of the silicone adhesive products come to play. Also is there any corrosion of the frames. If so this is the time to clean, prime and repaint them as part of the process. For the window to the boat; the butyl tape (since this is bolted in compression), or Boat Life, Life Seal products are good.

I'm with Bob, take it all apart, clean everything up, and redo all of it if you really want the problem to be gone, look good when done, and to not do it over and over again.

Mine leaked between the cabin and the window and I just took out the window and put some 2 sided tape like stuff (reminded me of plumber tape) from the local RV store and it hasn't leaked since then. It was very straightforward to do. I could have tried to seal it otherwise, but it would looked horrific for sure. And it would probably still be leaking......
Your window sticking in the front due to the 5200 you put on the back window seems like a spurious correlation. I think they have nothing to do with one another. My front sliders stick all the time - for whatever the reason, probably mostly from the salt. I hope you get yours released.

Good point. Take a hose and wash out the lower "U" then dry it and spray with dry silicone spray--like "Liquid rollers" We do this every few months and no sticky windows...or at least less.
It doesn't even have to be salt spray, since there are all sorts of dirt, mildew and other objects which can get in there! Don't use a gel or liquid to lubricate the window track, it will just attract more dirt, salt etc.
