I apologize in advance if this was already posted in the past. I don't know if this is a hoax or not, but funny. This is rumored to be "Luna" an Orca which was orphaned from his pod. Luna has been mentioned in some posts I found, but not this video.

It was most definitely Luna. If you have Netflix, check out the film The Whale. It's a great documentary about Luna and the locals efforts to save him.
