Our son-in-law (Matt).... is going to Biloxi for some sort of military training (9 Weeks) and wants to take his motorcycle.... so (my bright idea) is that we would take him....and his motorcycle....and SEA3PO...that way he would only have to ride home when school is finished..... And I could hide out in Biloxi for a week or so...then continue on to Florida....

AND SUE IS GOING ALONG WITH IT !!!! (course this time she is going)

Should be on the road about the 14th of November...he has to be in Biloxi on the 19th.... the city marina there is (was) great...hopefully it is again.... and this time I will be more aware that Alligators do go to sea.... we plan on being on the "road" for about a month....

Anyone want to meet up in Biloxi ?

Joel - what a great trip plan for you folks -- have a dandy time down there. We'd love to join but are tied up with other obligations. Have a good trip and cruise!

We can meet you in Biloxi, but why not drive on down the road a few miles and take exit "7" on I 10, and come on down to "Camp Thataway"...We can go for a few over nighters around here.

It is devinately cooling down. The last several nights have been in the upper 50's and days in the mid 70's..Beautiful time of the year. And if you stay around for a week--our "end of Hurricane Season Party is on the 29th of November!".

Joel,

Where are you going to be after the first of the year, like about the middle of January? I sure would like to spend some of this California winter exploring the Florida area. ( I'm retired you know ). Just a thought,
now.

So far the plan is good.....but Steve...we'll be home before Christmas so we can have a white Christmas up here with the kids...gotta do that... plans after that ? no idea...

We have never been to Florida with the boat...so all id new... I am sure
we'll find all sorts of adventures.... Sue is up for that... this is her first year of retirement....

Joel are you taking any diver gear?? if so report on that for me will you? we want to make the trip in a few years and do some diving on our own.

Joel,

Sent you a PM. Let me know if I can be of any assistance when you come our way....if you drive I10 you be under 10 miles from our house.

Hard freeze warning tonight for our neck of the woods (under 32)

brrrrr brrrrr!

WHAT ?? FREEZE ?? COLD ?? Can't be....I was just watching CSI Miami last night and there was not one goose bump on any of those girls in their tiny little swim suits....... and everyone was drinking Mojito''s...

I guess I best pack my winter swim suit... but I am bringing my diving gear.....so I can find some da'bloon's

P.s. Good to see that pat is using his new found dexterity to good use :cocktail

And of course there is always a warm welcome, a slip to use , and fun to be had in Apalachicola ! Give us a call if you get over this way !
