We Be 12!

This is our favorite 'pub'. We have sure enjoyed the years of visiting with such good and knowleable friends. Thanks guys for managing the site and for all who have made this such a fine place to visit and share.
 
Thanks Bill & Mike...12 years, man the years click by. The atmosphere has change a bit over the years but it's still the best internet yacht club around. It's kind of sad to go through that old thread and think about the folks that aren't with us anymore,

I look around here, closely, every day...it's a part of my day and I enjoy it so much.

The Comfortably Numb put on its winter blanket this week, and you guys help me through the winter. I get to look at lots of pictures of great boats in great locales...it's a lot cheaper than therapy, too!
 
How Cool. Of course when I saw the 12 I thought it might be about football :roll: :lol: . I love this place. It has been the place to go for all things C-Dory, and the folks are great, the boat super and the admin guys are over the top.

Thanks Mike and Bill for making it possible, and for keeping it like family.

"Just be nice" .... What a great concept. Could be a world motto.

Happy birthday/anniversary ya'll

What would Stew do? Redfox? Grand Poobah? Been a few characters on here time to time to make it lively. well-- ok the Grand Poobah was never on this site-- but he is a good part of the reason there are Brats.

I still Google the The Poob every once in a while. Like many of our senior members, he sold off his boat a while back and moved on to RV'ing. He's been writing a blog for a while:

While he's never registered an account here that I know of, I'm sure he's taken a peek here anonymously - at least in the early days.

Haven't seen nor heard from Greg (Red Fox) in ages - I wonder what he's up to? Maybe he'll pop in again and say howdy - he's been known to go years without a post, so maybe he'll share some of his cool projects/pics again some day.

The third guy...well...if you've got nothing nice to say...I'll just leave it at that. :mrgreen:
