Voltage leak?

I was in a hurry to button up the boat in her slip after fishing on Saturday and forgot to turn the battery off. I remembered on Wednesday and went to the marina to find the battery deader than dead. That took only four days to drain it.

Obviously there's a voltage leak somewhere. So what's the easiest way to find it? Should I place an ammeter between the POS post and main cable, then disconnect things until I notice a drop in amps? I could do the same thing at the fuse block behind the helm, couldn't I?

Since it's moored in saltwater, is there anything weird to consider?

Using an amp meter is a good way. The CO Detector runs all the time when the battery switch is on. Disconnect it first and see if the amps drop to zero. I have left my switch on and ran the battery dead because of the detector. Bilge pump is another one or anything else that might have been left on.

Turn off all switches. Is there a AM/FM radio? This can drain;memory. Many electronics can also drain if in stand by. After the obvious ,check obvious with ampmeter.
