Indeed, the steering wheel and controls are on that elevated platform at the top of the roofline at back of the boat. I only imagine how the linkage for the steering and controls must be jerry-rigged to tie everything together with the "twin" engines. Must be close to 10 feet from the bottom of the actual "cabin" (LOL) to the steering wheel/controls. At any rate this rare find caught my attention and I felt it would be appreciated by this group of refined knowledgable marine aficionados.
This "boat" raises a lot of questions  The only boat I've drove that had a flying bridge was a 32' rental house boat. It had a large plaque on the flying bridge stating that " THIS UPPER HELM MUST NOT BE USED WHEN ENTERING HARBOURS OR IN ANY TIGHT QUARTERS." I don't even see a lower station on this boat!
I guess the owner isn't too concerned with hull planning speed dynamics but he could have opted for the extra long shaft outboards! Maybe we could send him a link to some of our threads on "cavitation plate height". :smiled
