Welcome, Maybe you are just to advanced to use this site?
Good luck with your sale!

The site is not at all user unfriendly. I have sold 4 C Dory's thru the site--the last one I had 2 offers in the first 24 hours. Photos are easy to post, Communication is excellent by e-mail or PM--you could even leave your phone # if you so desire.

What site is better to sell a C Dory?

Secret is to have plenty of photos, a full description of the boat and its equipment and accessories. Be available and respond immediately to offers.

Good luck selling you boat.

rsummer1, there is a little learning curve for posting to this site. Pics can be challenging for some people. Just ask for help and we will give you some instructions. Looks like you are doing pretty good for only have made 2 post.

Do upload some more photos of your boat and link to craigslist if you have it posted there.

Rsummer: I never loved the way they do the pictures on here either but that really doesn't matter.

Once you get an interested buyer then have them call or text you. I never even consider a buyer if they won't talk to me (or at least text me in the beginning). I never had any problems selling a boat.

I would also put your boat on Craigslist.

Okay it looks like a few of you are knowledgeable in how to post photos to the sale your C-dory forum any help would be appreciated. I have posted my 16’ angler and was able to post one photo I have a lot more in my photo album on my phone and like to post a few to improve my odds of selling my boat. Any help would be appreciated

Yea. Posting photos - a real bummer.

As for the rest, well, mostly good info.

Bottom line - you have to make up your own mind.

Aye.
PS: I posted my CD for sale here as well as several other sites.
The buyer responded to my ad posted in the BoatTrader site.

You got over the first hurdle, and posted a single photo in your album. Put the other photos in the album, and then copy the image address to this page (or put the image directly on this page). Click on "Img", then the image address, and then "Img" a second time:

The photo has to be in one of the standard image formats, like jpeg--which yours in your album is:
