Damn!! We'll certainly keep an eye out up here. If enough C-Brats keep looking it should be hard to hide her. Are the photos up to date? 22 Cruiser with black trim, no radar arch right??

Yes the photos of hammerhead are up to date she has green trim and a radar dome on top and twin 40 hondas and a stainless steel grill mounted aft in front of the twin 40s. A plastic rod holder mounted starboard of the cabin door and a white plastic net holder port of the door. The bow has a gouge where the bow roller rubs and a nick from bringing up the winless anchor. i ALSO INSTALLED A SMALL SQUARE STAINLLESS STEEL BOW GUARD BENT AROUND THE BOW WHERE THE ANCHOR BUMPS THE BOW WHILE IN THE WINLESS.
she has a large compass mounted centerd of the entry to the cabin and garmin just left of the wheel as well as furno radar above hanging from the shelf over the windows that has the vhf on top. who knows whats left of the Hammerhead by now. :amgry Dang thieves

However stole it messed with the wrong folks. You can't very well hide a C-Dory and I'm sure this entire group of people will keep a very close eye out for it. I now have your CF and hull numbers written down and in my wallet.
We all feel for you.

I really share your outrage!! I doubt they'll be able to bring it all the way to Canada but if I see any CD's matching the description I'll be sure to look closer.
Ron

They would get a one way ticket to the Tate's Hell Swamp around these parts . WITH a Sherrifs escort ! We will keep an eye out down south as well . I hope you recover it soon.
Marc

I'll keep my eyes and ears open here in the S.F. Bay Area!! Damn that really pisses me off when stuff like this happens!!

I rallied my troops and you'll have look outs in Sac, Brentwood, Berkeley, and Martinez.

United States Border Patrol. San Diego Sector. Public Information Office. 2411 Boswell Road. San Diego, California 91914-3519. (619) 216-4182

Get them the info (and email them pictures ASAP!) That boat probably in line to cross into Mexico right now.

I'm sure glad to hear that they found your boat. I hope the dirty, rotten %$##* **^% scum that stripped it didn't damage the hull and that your insurance makes it all new again.......F&%)) scum bags.

Glad they found your boat!

Too bad about the motors and electronics.

Sounds like the professional motor theft ring/operation again!

They must have an 18-wheeler/mobile chop shop operation going. Must use a shipping container leaving from the U.S. or Mexico to ship the stolen goods overseas.

No neighborhood is immune! Keep your boats locked up!

Hope it all comes back together for you!

Joe.

Well, I'm very glad Hammerhead was found but am not surprised that the scum took the electronics and engines. I don't really know what to say except I'm glad you got the boat back and those SOB's should roast in hell.

Hammerhead – sorry about your boat. I hope you had insurance and it is made as close to whole as possible for you.

I know the feeling when a low life scum bag steals from you. It is more than just an object he has taken, it is a part of your life. You have worked (sometimes for years) for that object. Those years of your life can never be replaced.

I think jurors on burglary or theft cases should only be made up by people that have been burglarized or had something stolen from them. It would put a big dent in repeat offenders.

I don’t worry too much about my boat being stolen from my farm, but whenever I have it off the farm, I padlock the boat trailer to my truck. I know a thief can cut the lock but it makes it just a little harder for him, so maybe he will go to the easier score and god help him if I catch him.

Really sorry to hear that Hammerhead was stolen! I now how you feel.
We had an RV stolen (actually three in the last 40 years)--One was a "Sting" by a local Sheriff's dept. So they got the thief. He had stollen an 18 wheeler loaded with cigarettes, down to some Toyotas. All of the people who he had stolen from showed up in court. His attorney made us feel like we were responsiable for his actions--and the .....got 6 months, on a second offense!--probably out in 3 months. (Before 3 strikes).

Hope that the Police can get prints or some other information as to who these sleeze balls were, and you can get your stuff back. Start looking on E bay and Craig's lists now, locally and the rest of us will also start.

If you can describe the electronics it would help--hopefully you have seriel numbers so if they show up, you can recover.

Regards,
