My wife and I are truly grateful to all of the members of this website. I have been stalking this site for over 2 years now. Because of the love you all have for your boats, the kindness you show each other, and all of the great information, we purchased a 2005 22' Cruiser in September of 2024 (Miss Liberty Belle). Following all of your advice I have completed many modifications including: Added a bow mounted electric trolling motor, built and mounted a fish cleaning table, and added hatches to the v-berth for extra storage. I have re-routed the batteries to the floor between the fuel tanks. I removed, potted, re-drilled, and re-installed most of the hardware. The list goes on but those are the majors, and I would not have been able to do it with out you all sharing your knowledge and wisdom. I posted pictures of all these projects in my profile. I will be taking her out into Prince William Sound Sunday for her maiden voyage if the weather cooperates. I will report back and let you know how it went. Thanks again, Jon and Carey.

Welcome and congrats on your new to you C-Dory and for joining C-Brats. Looked at the modifications. You have been busy and all of your work looks great. Enjoy your time on the water getting to know Miss Liberty Belle.

Nicely done work on the batteries and other core sealing projects! Your boat looks really great, and I love the touch of the green grating Dri-Deck like material on the floors.

Is Miss Liberty Bell (GSD) going on the boat with you? We have boated with Labrador Retrievers (and a few other breeds) aboard! Despite the extra work dogs aboard can be a lot of fun.

Welcome aboard.

Thank you Bob. Yes. Liberty is stuck to us like glue, and loves the ocean. She spent alot of time with us boating out of the Natures Coast in Florida. Although she doesnt know what to think about the water, she loves the wind whipping through her hair.

Congratulations Jon and Carey!
Very nice job on the modifications and maintenance!
I hope things went well for you this weekend. I love PWS! Beautiful area to see by boat! I think my favorite spot, since I was a young boy, is Galena Bay. Great memories. Enjoy your new Cruiser!

No problem. My Username has a long story behind it, and it's really boring. A lot of people think that my name is Joe because of it.
But, I was born and raised in Fairbanks!
Have a safe and enjoyable time this weekend!
