Well, it looks like the boat shipping has been delayed a bit due to some truck issues for the shipper. Should be to my place by afternoon tomorrow (Wed.). I'll have to contain my excitement for one more day. Also, they had one minor issue as a bird chose to fly through the center window. No real damage other than a need to replace the glass in the window.

What about the damn bird, Roger?!?
It was just a black bird - nothing worth eating.

Lucky it wasn't an apple that went through the window!

Corey assured me that the bird was released unharmed at a really nice farm in Montana. (probably the same one my parents took my dog to).

what the address of that farm, my folks may need to join the dog.

Wait, a bird went through the window, the window broke and the bird is unharmed?

IT'S A BIRD, IT'S A PLANE, IT'S SUPERMAN! NOPE WAIT, IT'S JUST A BIRD!

Cue the music...

"Anticipation... anticipa-ay-ay-shun... :note :note :note "

Replace the window, stuff the bird, and keep us posted!

Best wishes,
Jim

Should be here any minute now. It's on it's way from Lake Stevens and he left there about 45 minutes ago.

Roger, I feel compelled to tell you that I know Lake Stevens really well and Lake Stevens is a land locked lake. So, he's going to REALLY have to gain some speed from the North end of the lake to "plane" it over to your lake!

If it ain't there yet, then he wasn't cruising fast enough when he hit the Southerly shore of Lake Stevens....
