Salt water washdown

We have a saltwater washdown on our Tomkat and cannot find the sea cock or Thru Hull for it. Anyone have any ideas? Washdown on port side by the step in/out is located. We looked in the storage locker and don’t see any hoses going down in there.
Any help appreciated.

My "salt water wash down" it actually plumbed to my fresh water system. You can check that easy enough, as the fresh water supply pump has to be on to pressurize the system. Otherwise, there would have to be another supply pump like the one that I have form my bait well (which is sucking she water).
 
In the 2006 C Dory Tom Cat 255, the (Raw Water) "salt water" wash down pump and thru hull, would be under the floor of the hanging locker all of the way aft.
