Nice to have dry suits if your in coldwater, maybe thick wetsuits as second choice if your in a dinghy for body heat, not sure how long you have in a neoprene wetsuit in water? We used to dive in lakes in winter in them, but younger then and only in water for short periods ,takes some time to get into either .This is if you need to get out of boat.

You've got that right. Fire dept and CG if I were to be testing that on the water.

I looked at the fine print--there is a $30 hazmat shipping fee for any box with a pull tab ignitor--which of course you would want! So if you order one--it is going to be a lot more expensive per unit!

Yes, I saw that. Not sure how many will fit into a box, but only one fee per box, so split it 6 to a dozen ways.
