Repower - main Suzuki 140 For Sale?

I am thinking of a repower, being Pat and Patty just got a Suzuki 200 I am thinking of following suit. Current Dory has a Suzuki 140/130 hours, 2006 vintage with good psi compression, fully serviced. Haven't quite decided if I want to but thought I would see if anyone is interested in the main prior to pulling the trigger. Thoughts?
 
What is the shaft length? Would the controls be included?
 
Currently on a CD 25. Yes controls included, moving to fly by wire
 
Curious what the wait time is ordering a new Suzuki outboard?
 
Wait time is about two months. I might just order the new one and leave the old one with Sportcraft to sell
 
Ordered mine in Feb just got installed hope you have better luck than I did.
