Donnie,
Get the 2020 Waterway Guide for the Florida Keys. Daily updates at waterwayguide.com. Learn the services codes; if a marina has L, 30/50A but no P, no pool or restrooms or courtesy car but has laundry.
If you happen to be retired DOD, there is no better deal than Boca Chica marina aboard NAS Key West for $30/night. That’s where we’ll stay for 4-6 weeks after our South Florida Loop via Lake Okee starting travel Nov 14 or so.
Get a Sunpass windshield transponder for $4.99, connect to your credit card, and take the Turnpike for much less big truck traffic than on I-95; sail through the toll plazas in the left SunPass lanes. Our rig requires the big truck-stop style diesel pumps, which are every 50 miles or so on the left between turnpike lanes.

Best 5 star marina resort in Key West is Stock Island Marina Resort,

However, they are now enforcing a 35-ft min @ $2.75/night for stays over 28 days, and not the great deal it used to be despite 2 heated pools, air conditioned bath houses, and courtesy van all over Key West. Still might be worth a couple of nights there for the experience alone.
Take the sea plane to Dry Tortugas, make reservations in advance.

A trip of a lifetime, you will always be glad you did.
There are no really ‘cheap’ marinas in the Keys...the folks trying to keep them open have huge expenses in an expensive area. Bring your wallet, surely your ‘cruising kitty’ has bulged as you hunkered down, dine out only outside, and have fun!
Hope this helps!
