It looks like a C Dory 26 pilot house, extra long house. The boat would have been somewhere a little under $20,000 in 1984.
I think they are super great cruising boats.

If the Honda 225 is in decent condition, somewhere around 25 grand would be a very good price. There probably are some cosmetic issues, and one should always get both an engine and hull survey.

I would buy that in a heart beat. Its the pro fisher model which has a deeper vee hull. If you look at the boat that was rebuilt a year or tow ago its the same model. Cant remember the name of the boat. it was completely rebuilt then sold and sent to Alaska. Great northern?? I think. I wish there were more pictures of the inside. as a fishing boat this hull is great.
