Hi everyone,
I have a problem with a crack between my v birth and helm at the flor,
On my 25 ft 2003 C Dory , has anyone else hade that problem if so how do You fix it, thanks Ron[/b]
 
Ask one of the moderators (Tyboo-in the Member list) for a photo album. That way we can see what the issue is. Can you describe it better? The bulkhead between the helm and the V Bert is not structural, so there can be a space there. At the bottom it is bolted or lag screwed to the V Berth emolument.

Is there any water coming out, or what do you see in the crack?

Generally the floor of the boat (inner layer of the hull) is balsa cored up to the area beneath the V Berth--there it transitions to sold glass laminate for the bottom of the hull.
