Well our good ol friend Dusty experienced a flash back to his naval days during a hot pursuit of a trawler on the waters near Cornet Bay Wednesday. Subject boat can be seen thru forward port side window, just forward of the port side door. Trawler thought to be neighbor of Dusty's... which initiated the pursuit.

Now gang... I just gotta say it was an awesome feeling to be seated behind this ol man of many hours of many different helms....and see the sparkle in his eyes when the turns and different movements took place.

It was a large time for me. :smiled :thup

Very cool, Pat. We came by Cornet Bay yesterday... called for Aloysius several times on the radio. Looked around in the water, but couldn't find you. You must have been out "trawler hunting". :D

Even with a "family discount", that is going to be an expensive ride for Dusty. 8)

Enjoy that new boat!

Best wishes,
Jim B.

Good to see Dusty at the helm! Last time I saw him, he drove us into town for one of the best seafood lunches on earth.

I just hope the locals were all forewarned of you two ornery rascals out loose on the water! I've heard of pirates up there!

Sure looks like a neat boat and well laid out helm, Pat.

Best to all of you guys up there,

John

Hey Pat, that's a way cool boat - handles like a fighter and surely shows her bad-water NE Atlantic heritage. Thanks a million for the test run! A beauty she is!!!!

Jim, that "family discount" usually bottom lines to retail plus 30%. Les charges a huge fee for me watching over his shoulder, and an additional cost if I open my mouth.

That "trawler" I was chasing is an American Tug. Google it. Spendy indeed - Byrdman class. About 750K nekkid - and there isn't an electronic gadget built that she doesn't have.

Hey Pat, can you talk Rog and Terry into a lunch BBQ on me? Sure be fun, and you already know Tim and Mark... and what they turn out.

Pat,

Way cool boat! 8) And cool photo of Dusty at the helm :)

Dee and I bumped into a couple from BC in Prince Rupert at the start of our trip to AK last month. They had the Ros. with the same 140 Suzuki 4stroke as our CD25. Sounds like they had at least as good of performance as us. Hope to see a photo album on the new boat and some details of power and performance.

Enjoy, she's a beauty,

:beer

P.S. We got back last week from AK last week and will be posting some photos and narrative of our trip soon.
