Daughter Lydia is getting married tomorrow! Read about the engagement here. Bachelor party was last night at the Taproom, rehearsal dinner is tonight at Chandler's on Lake Union. Then the big bash is tomorrow at Pickering Barn in Issaquah, and it will all be over! Moabarch Tom's daughter Jen is in the wedding party (Jen and Lydia were good friends at Western), she is at our house right now. Film at Eleven!

Are you sure you can't squeeze in a trip before or after the ceremony? Seems a shame to let a little thing like a wedding interfere....

Congrats on the wedding - enjoy the weekend! Is Lydia the first one out of the nest?

Pat and Patti's oldest son Barrett was the first to marry, last year I believe. Austin, the youngest will be a senior this year.

I have been put in charge of the second most important part of the ceremony. Getting the two kegs of Snoqualmie Falls Beer and dispensing equipment to the reception along with 3-4 cases of fine Washington wine for those who we haven't won over with our fine ales.

See, that's where Crabby Lou comes in. You can easily tow her down to Lake Sammamish and go for a spin just before the ceremony and certainly right after, while the happy couple drives away in their Chevy Luv...Mozel Tov to all the Andersons and that young handsome fellow too.

Here is a picture of Conor and Lyd...

P.S. to David - it is two kegs, dispensing equipment and SEVEN cases of wine!

Pat and Patty...

Congratulations from the Right Coast too. Ours have all flown the coop, like getting a pay raise, except they keep returning to get fed!

Have a great time.

Cheers Pat & Patti!! :beer :beer

And thank your real children for jumping ship and allowing me to stay on board (when SENSIE did not have me..."busy" up on the hill) during the Blakley Island gathering a year or few back.

Those kids ...are not so little anymore.

Congrats and many happy years to the new couple...from the SE section.

From your indigent friend....

The wedding was just awesome! The weather cooperated, the venue was great, the ceremony went off without a hitch and the party was terrific! Presenting...Mr. and Mrs. Conor Hamilton!

See all the pix here! (Thanks to Bill for taking the pix and getting them up on Picasa in record time!)

We were also delighted to see a certain gate-crasher, some of you will recognize him (hint: thinks cats and Bambina...)

Indeed, a very beautiful bride and a handsome couple. What a glorious day it looks like you all had ---- as it should be.

Thank you for sharing this special day with your c-brat family.

Congratulations to your whole family. That is wonderful and it is a great feeling that you want to share it with all of us. Thank you.

Congratulations Pat and Patty,

A beautiful bride and handsome groom. Patty, Shelley wanted me to ask you how the flowers turned out?

Thanks, guys (and everyone)! Patty finally hooked up with the Vietnamese flower lady here, and all was good! But it did go down to the wire as to whether there would be any flowers at all in the vases on the tables! It was geat to have a couple of C-Dory friends there, and having Brock show up was the icing on the cake!

Pat and family,

Congratulations on a wonderful day, and everything came off without a hitch. Great. And for Brock to show up and represent the C-Brat family shows fine form and good taste. (Thanks Brock for filling in for all of us)

Thanks for sharing this great event with us.

Wow, great pictures!!! Now THAT's how a wedding should be, lots of involvement from the family -- instruments, singing, slide show, just beautiful. That will bring lots of good memories in their future. Thanks for sharing, might be the most beautiful wedding I've ever seen/viewed! Congratulations to all.

Thanks, Steve - we got a lot of comments about what a FUN wedding it was! We naturally could be expected to enjoy it, but we are really tickled pink that the guests all had a great time too! There was a video camera running too - can hardly wait to see it!

What a wonderful day for all of you. In the last pic you both look so happy. Sounds like a great time was had by all. I did have to look twice to see who the guy in the suit was but you look great. Your daughter looks like all brides should, beautiful

Where can you get Black Gore-Tex made up into a suit like that?

You are not out of the woods yet Pat, ours still "cost" 20 years later...

Congrats,

Merv & kathy
