The boat dealer next to the West Marine in Anacortes has a green 2007 19 Angler for sale at $27,900. It's powered by a 90 E-Tec with 15 (!) hours. Includes Lowrance GPS, Northstar (?) fishfinder and VHF. Seems pretty clean. Dunno how good that price is but you can discuss it with Jon at Cannon Yachts, 360-293-0491.
This couldn't be any farther away from Florida, but here it is anyway.
It has Idaho tags on it.
For the price difference, it would be easier for a customer to stay in Florida and buy the
22 cruiser listed at Wefings:
$30k for the Cruiser, $27.9 for the 19, difference = $2,100.
Gas for trip =
3000 mi @ 15 mpg = 200 gallons, @ $2.50/gallon = `$500, plus return trip =
3000 mi@ 12 mpg = 250 gallons, @ $2.50/ gallon = $625, and
Total ~ $1125 (actually $1000-$1500, depending on gas mileage of vehicle.)
Add to this the cost of staying overnight in motels, 5-7 nights, = $400-$700
and the cost totals $1400-$2200, plus incidentals and cost differences in meals, etc.
How about the cost of missing work / using vacaton time/ wear and tear on the tow vehicle, etc.?
You probably would prefer the 19 CD for the open air angler floor plan, but could have the Cruiser from your own area instead of the 19 from the PNW for the same price or LESS!
Fun to play around with the figures!
