See This link. At only a $180k it's a steal for this size boat. Lots of deck space, plenty of storage, large galley and good sleeping arrangements for a large crew. I'll be able to fish tuna in all but the absolute worst sea states but I will need a long handled gaff and net and a much larger slip at Neah Bay. I may also need Charlie's or Dusty's help to operate this boat.

A bargain but still a little rich for my budget--don't think I could afford up fire up one of the two generators for very long let alone those two 3000+ hp main engines to get out of the slip!!
Would love to see now it handles seas though-interesting design.

My C-Dory was a better investment, I'd think!

Ok I picked out the top bunk as mine from the pictures. We are going to need some Cannon downriggers mounted. I think I can cover gas for half of one trip if I sell the 27.

The displacement is 472k pounds or about 100x a 22C-Dory. With 13.75 gal/mile or 0.073 miles/gallon the fuel use is only about 40x a CD at cruise. Moving 100x as much mass for only a 40 increase in fuel doesn't seem that bad. With a (VERY) long shaft kicker, she probably just sips fuel.thataway":2evew6se said:
