I hate foot ball and the sea hawks.

Well, at least we'll all be doing the same as Tom on Sunday, jumping up and down and stamping our feet.

There's still time for other competitors, but I think you just locked up "funniest post of the day."

Tom, to be on such a rant, you must be taking this closing the boat show a day early thing very personally. Worse, you seem to be enjoying your rant by sharing it with others on this post. So if you are happy being all worked up about it, I'm certainly not going to take anything away and spoil it for you. Rather, I'll just say I think they closed the show early just to ruin your day; just because of you want to look at boats Sunday.

Someone said, "We don't see the world as it is. We see it as we are."

Aye.

I really don't see much change at SBS year over year. You really need to sit out 2-3 years between attending. IMHO.

We should have a seahawk jersey raffle and make the winner Starcraft tomorrow night in Snoqualmie

Starcraft,

Since you haven't been to the SBS yet - i believe the Venture boat down there has a full size stripe up on the bow. Not the cut out type on most C-Dory.

Lets figure out the fishing plan tomorrow night

Dream on, Dustin. Hope springs eternal, but don't hold your breath on the Mariners returning to respectability. Same Nintendo ownership. Lincoln still
running the show. Not a thought of bringing in a baseball man like LaRussa to fill Armstrong's spot. Cheaper to promote from within and fill the head of
baseball operation's with a number cruncher. Yep, they sprung big $$'s loose when they signed Cano, but a team he doesn't make. The M's unfortunately
have no coherent idea how to build a team, much less a plan. Gillick still lives in Seattle, LaRussa stated an interest, but not even an interview. So sad.

Tom, have you got enough attention yet?

As some of you know I really like Tom, but what I like most about Tom, is his wife Susan. She has a great personality and a smile to match. She is my favorite scientist. Go SUSAN :thup

Yeah, Tom, I hate sports in general, and all the hoopla that goes with it. You can't even tell the employees from the customers in the stores here, they're all in football shirts. Heaven help ya if you need to ask a question or help finding an item.

The other thing is that if Seattle wins, we'll hear about it constantly for weeks. If they lose, we'll hear about it constantly for weeks. It never ends.

I love messing with my pals who are sports freaks, usually I say "The Superbowl, that's football, right?"

Rick-

Glad you're volunteering to take over for Tom when (if ever) we get tired of using him as a whipping boy!

Tough act to follow!

Joe. :teeth :thup

Wow Tom, old buddy, you really need to go out fishing. :teeth

Just think, after the Seahawks win the Super Bowl on Sunday, you won't have to worry about football for another 6 months!!!

Peter
Your Old Fishing Buddy

Exactly, Peter. And the Everett ramps and Possession will be EMPTY on Sunday too. Tom can have the entire Sound to himself.

I was in the 80's. Rice and Montana are still the classiest act ever in foot ball.

Niners 5 super bowls
Greenbay 5 super bowls
Dallas 5 super bowls

15 our of 47 wins to only 3 teams. No wonder the hawks have not won one. They can't get a turn.

Uhm....you forgot the greatest organization and team in the NFL.

Last I checked, they had SIX Super Bowl Trophies.

GO HAWKS!!!

Haven't read CBrats for a while, and first thing I look at this.

Brilliant, Tom, you threw a cat into a hornets nest, and nobody got stung too badly!

Credit to this community, that when one of us short circuits, it reminds him to take his meds...err, go fishing.

I'm outside SeaHawks territory, in the midst of Broncos fans, wondering how much I care. I'll watch. Glad not to have had to pay a high personal price, like Tom.

I hope all may spent tomorrow doing what they most like.

Thanks, Brats.

Dave

I read the thread on cats next. Just odd coincidence I used a cat analogy, not even knowing you are an authority on them, Tom.

The Seahawks are a point of pride among many in the area. Sorry you do not understand this.

I could write a few things about being offended, as I am a huge fan, but I will choose to obey the ONE and ONLY rule on the site....and be nice.

GO HAWKS!!!!!
