This might be a bit late for some, but better late than never, I've heard so...
Happy Thanksgiving to all. I hope you can all enjoy a day to share with family or friends, and whatever your chosen activities are, be safe (and healthy) if that works for you.

This site has been a blessing for me for the last 15 years, and I want to say thanks to all for helping to keep it such a great place. It is always fun to share about our boats and many other things here, and to get to meet such nice folks, here there and everywhere.

Stay safe and plan well.

Marie and I wish all of those in C Brat land, a very happy and safe Thanksgiving. We feel very blessed to be part of this wonderful extended family of C dory owners, ex owners, hanger on's and want to be's.

We must never forget what the holiday represents: The giving of thanks for a successful year. So often we forget what brought all. of our forefathers (and foremothers) to this hostile and unknown land. So often we don't take time and give thanks to whatever deity we believe in.

Normally we spend the afternoon with a fairly large extended family of like minded families. For some reason this year others have gone elsewhere, so we will just be with one other C Dory owning family. But we will still give thanks for all that we have been given. C Dory owners are some of the most fortunate people on this Earth.

May God bless us all!

I know from years before we have had lists of things we are thankful. And I have so many things I could list, but mostly thankful for being in a freedom loving country. You and I may not agree, but we can do that in peace and have the freedom to do so. And in this place the "Just Be Nice" rule works. Wouldn't it be great if all of us in this country would operate in that same vein.

Happy Thanksgiving guys!! So nice to have a 4 day weekend. Woohoo!

Jason, Hope you had a great "4 day weekend". Funny, I didn't even think of it as a weekend. I just did a 800 mile round trip in northern NM up into the Colorado mountains. Kind of ran between the snowflakes. Thankful to be back home safe for now. Hope all the other travelers are home safe too.
