I have just completed a very short round of e-mail exchanges with Frank Walter at Fluid Marine concerning some fiberglass warranty work that needed to be completed on the Comfortably Numb. Nothing too extreme, just some "rough edges", if you will, from when I had taken delivery.
Frank turned around the request for warranty consideration in one day, and to my complete satisfaction. The proverbial check is in the proverbial mail.
I purchased and took delivery of my C-Dory in March of 2008, prior to Fluid Marine's purchase of the predecessor company's assets. There was never a hint of "that's the prior company's problem". All was handled fast and professionally. I mean, in one day!
Thanks to Frank Walter and Fluid Marine...they are doing the C-Dory name proud.
