Are there holding tanks on the cd 25? Or do you just run grey water on the side. Is this legal?

There is a holding tank on the 25. It is about 24 gal as I rmember. Grey water does drain out into the water.

Yes, there is a holding tank for the head(toilet). The grey water is drained(sink) or pumped(shower) over the side.

This is legal in salt water in the US and Canada. For fresh water boating, check with those in charge of the fresh water lake or river.

Generally running gray water out the side is legal. But I have heard of some lakes with restrictions of any overboard discharge. (water resivoirs).
