Today was delivery day for our new 22' angler purchased from EQ Harbor Service. My son Jordan and I had a blast getting it wet and testing things out in Deception Pass. We're excited and I think it's going to suit our needs just great! I need to pass along heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the crew at EQ. They made time in their very busy schedule to spend the entire morning with us going over the various systems, operation, maintenance, break-in, etc. Then Les took us out for a sea trial to get used to the motors. I even met the fabled Dusty, whose boat this was supposed to be at one time. What a great group of people. They even had a welcome mat in the cockpit, champagne and (stainless) glasses set up on the dash, a couple of Honda Marine baseball caps for us, and a custom made C-Dory window decoration with our names painted on. If somebody wanted a 22' C-Dory rigged and delivered right, or perhaps a Rosborough for their final boat, I would highly recommend a visit to EQ Harbor Service. See you on the water this weekend! Mike.

Congratulations on your new boat. I had the honor of meeting Les at the Bellingham CBGT and you could not have bought it from a better person.

I hope to cross paths with you someday on the Sound.

Good luch and have fun.

"May the Orca brush your wake ever so gently, and the Eagle shadow grace your bow, may the tides and the winds carry you in safety, and above all, bring honor to the family." Paraphrased First Nation Coastal Blessing used at the launch of a new family canoe.

Congratulations on the new boat, Mike.

Old Dusty ain't so fabled - just a white-headed old grump who gets in the way. It was a real pleasure to meet you and your son, and there is no doubt in my mind you will enjoy that rig. My 22 Angler is an '89 and still a sweetheart.

Don't hesitate. Get her dirty with salmon, crab and prawns!!

Dusty
