Cruising the Columbia River

Harvey,

Thanks for the Heads Up about the cloud and impending storms. I would have been caught off guard.

Happy Boating
Keith

In your west bound travels, if you see a dirty gray or brown cloud forming on over the hills, down river, it is time to find shelter ASAP or NOW. It only takes minutes for those to "sneak up" on you.

Enjoy and stay safe.

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for the delay getting back to you.

Bob and I did put in in Richland, I will be posting my notes and pictures, later today, we had a great time up until about Tuesday. Then I got a pinched nerve and my left shoulder, arm and fingers hurt real bad. I had to cut the cruise down by two days. It took awhile to get back into working shape than I needed to catch up with all my other stuff.

During my research I did not locate any decent YouTubes about locking through a dam. So I decided to make a few. The sound is not good. If I was to do it again, I would have kept the window shot to block the wind.

Here are videos Bob and I demonstrating passing through the dams.

This is the first time I have tried to include a link in this email.
Let me know if it works.

Thanks

Kieth,

Nice trip, sorry for the medical shortening, hope that goes well.

The videos are fine, and it's good to see more C-Dory presence on U=Tube.
