Until May 20 at 8 am ET, ConsumerReports.org offers access to its online reviews for free. (Thanks to a DealNews reader for letting us know!) This is the first time we've seen free access to its thousands of online product reviews; online access typically costs $5.95 per month or $26 per year

I'm not convinced that the objectivity of BoatTest is at the same level as Consumer Reports.

Probably not. But, it gives you some info for comparison. There are enough subscribers for CR that they can buy the products they test... probably not so much for boats. It's something. :wink:
