CD22 Blue Paint, Red interior

Hi all! I'm looking for a CD22, and have found one close to home. I'll head out to check it out soon. However, it has something I haven't seen before. The accents outside the boat are BLUE - The waterline, the accent stripe, the sunshade, but the interior cushions, seats, are all RED. Is this something I have just missed, or might this be a normal occurrence? This is a 2006.
Any thoughts would be welcome before I make the 3 hour trip to look at it. Thanks!!

If they ordered it new from the factory you could do anything you wanted. The only idea that I had that factory really didn’t want to do was I wanted an all white boat no strips. They didn’t like that. My boats red with a gray interior.
 
Sounds like a very patriotic C-Dory -- Red, White, and Blue. Sounds like you should pick that one up this Saturday ---> 4th of July. Flag Salute Emogee goes here :wink:

Well, I got a marine surveyor to check out the CD22. Busy next week, but the week after. I’ll let you all know how it goes. I’ve been lurking here a long time, all the way back to Bill and El’s days. I want to thank everyone for all the info you’ve given me over the years. Unfortunately for all of you, if this boat comes thru, ya’ll will have to put up with me for a long time....

NO Worries, they have put up with me for about 3 times the average boat owner days. (Of course, C-BRATS are not the average boat owners :thup :thup
