I just stepped out of my office in downtown Olympia, WA at 12:50 PM and was surprised to see a C-Dory pulling through the Grey Hound Buss Terminal. There were a few shrubs and cars partially blocking my view so I did not get a real good look. It looked like it was a 19’ or maybe an 18’ Angler. Had a name on the V-berth area but couldn’t make it out. It had a main engine and a large kicker, maybe a 15 HP. The trim color of the boat was dark, maybe black or it could have been dark blue or cabernet. It was towed by a full size pickup (dark color). As it left the terminal, it appeared to be heading south, maybe for the freeway.
Yesterday when I was heading north on I-5, I say a 22’ C-Dory in the parking lot near the Military Museum at Fort Lewis. Just got a glimpse of it from the stern.
It looks like they are starting to pop up all over the place.
