I have seen a few 18-8's here in the PNW, but not sure if that is what yhour boat is. Does it look like this:
This one lives around Port Townsend. I've seen one in Friday Harbor, and another one up in the San Juan Islands. All three different boats.

There is one like byrdmans for sell on craigslist right now. I saw it docked in edmonds during coho season.
