The "C-Dory Collage" listed under the recent photo activity is great and I would like to print it as a 8x11" picture :photo . The thumb nail picture shown on this web site does not have sufficient resolution to be able to expand and then print out with clear legible detail.

Anyone out there have any suggestions........I have tried Picasa, etc. but can not get the printout size and detail required.

Could I receive an e-mail with this collage picture attached with high resolution,
that could be then printed out with sufficient detail? :idea

Thanks again for doing this collage and even more thanks for making it available here. I have downloaded it and plan to frame a large print.

With much appreciation,

Jay

Pat,
Very nice, I downloaded the file, and put it in photoshop for printing. Looking at the resolution you can print it up to 36" x 48" (dependant of the specfic resolution and color correction of each individual photo)--at 8.5" x 11" it printed very nicely.

Probably something that each of us should have on our boats or desks!

Thanks!

I hope everyone enjoys the collage! it was great fun to put together. The canvas size in Freehand was indeed 3' x 4' (36" x 48"), and that is what the Photoshop PSD export was also. The final print for the boat show, which I am brining to the Larkspur this afternoon, is 20" x 27" only because when I was out shopping for the foam core, that was the largest piece I could lay my hands on that day. I did want to get it printed 36" x 48", and found a piece of foam core that size yesterday evening, but too late for this boat show! It does look good at 20" x 27" though!

Pat, Thanks again for putting that together. I was finally able to get it to print out in an 8 1/2 by 11, landscape format. I printed off a bunch of them, and am going to go back now and run them through the printer again, only this next trip,, put C-Dory info on the back. Links to C-Brats, Factory, El and Bill, Wild Blue, The adventure thread, and then some dealers info too. They will look nice, not bling and glossy, but they won't look bad, almost hate to fold them. There will be plenty for this season on the boat.
