If any C-Brats will be cruising in the Florida Keys this winter and would like to be interviewed for magazine stories I am writing, please contact me. I'll be staying on ViewFinder, our new TomCat, at Plantation Yacht Harbor in Islamorada.

Hi George,
We are already here at Mangrove Marina-MM92. Let us know when you will be at Plantation - we will look forward to meeting you.

Andy and Molly,

Looking forward to meeting you. I hope to be at Plantation Key by the 15th of December and will stay in the Keys through March before heading over to the Bahamas.

George

Bob,

Glad to know I'll have a chance to meet you. Your writing on C-Brats is partly responsible for my decision to buy a TomCat, and I'm happy I did.

Sasscom,
We are planning on going down to the Keys for the month of March. We will trailer our boat down from just outside Philadelphia Pa. staying camp grounds while on the way down. The plan is to launch in Ft. Pierce March 6th and wonder down the ICW to Pilot House Marina Key Largo, Marathon,Boot Key Harbor (Burdines Marina) by March 10th. And then a day or so at Bahia Honda and to be down in Key West around the 13th stay for a few days at the city marina and wonder back up to Ft. Pierce by April 2nd or so. Depending on the weather we will try to anchor in on the back side of the keys around Johnston Key Cudjoe channel and Big Spanish areas either on the way down or on the way back up. Our friends are leaving for Florida from Rhode Island in January from the same area but are going out across Florida thru Lake Okeechobee thru the canal to Ft. Meyers on their 27'Ranger tug ILLUSIONS. They will meet up with us on the way down near Key Largo or Marathon on the way to Key West. Looking forward to seeing other C-Dory's in our travels.

Hi Dave and Ginny,

Thanks for responding with your winter cruising plans. I will try and hook up with you somewhere along the way, as I plan to be down south from mid-December through the end of March. I'll also be trying to meet other small boat cruisers for an article in PassageMaker magazine, so please pass along my contact info to your Ranger friends.

Have a safe and fun trip south,

George
