Battleship for sale

Perfect for Captain's Choice Charlie!

He was involved in towing and putting into mothballs and or a museum one of the 4 Iowa Class battleships during his Navy career.

When I was coming up with a possible list of names for my boat I considered 'Bismarck', but named for the doughnut not the ship. I might have been fun calling the harbour master in Victoria asking for a berth for 'Bismarck' though. :wink

My father did see the real 'Bismarck' during sea trials in the Baltic as a boy.

Might workas an anti-PWC craft. Or you could use it for your own personal, movable breakwater. (Powell River has st a fine example for that.)

Speaking of PWC, here at the dock on Sucia, a fellow from San Fransico, on his way home from Alaska, on a 38 foot Down East, (like on Wild Tuna program) said he hosted a fellow and his fleet, (PWC's) on board to warm up. They were on a guided trip from Seattle to Skagaway. The guy leads a group of 9 PWC's each week, 1 week uo, and 1 week back. Should be good for range and target practice. Of course I am.........kidding :disgust

I thought this might work for Jason, (South of Heaven), but it is at least 15 feet too short.
