Anyone in SoCal willing to let me ride along?

Hello all. My wife and I are new to boating and want to make our first boat purchase. The C-dory's seem to check the most boxes for us. Another member, "thataway", was so kind as to give me great advice and general feedback after reading my post on another forum - THT. We have started to really focus on the 22' cruiser. Just wondering if any of you might be here in Southern Cal and would be willing to let us climb aboard for a quick run out. My wife's in the wine business and we would come bearing gifts in return. Thanks.

Hi Victor

We will be bringing our new (to us) C-Dory back to Redondo Beach sometime mid to late Sept. If you haven't had a look by then we would be glad to take you out for a spin.

And it so happens we are in the Wine business as well, we can compare wines!

What a co-incidence! Hopefully Victor made it down to MDR for the gathering of the C Dory group yesterday, going to Catalina this AM.

Victor, Welcome to C Brats!

Bluechablis - thanks for the offer! We'd love to take you up on a ride in September. Just let me know. I'll also PM you my contact info. Thanks again.

Thataway, I wish I would have gone to the meetup in MDR. You mentioned that to me earlier and I actually had no clue what you were referring to until my wife saw the post and immediately said "duh-Marina del Rey." Still learning.

Victor,

If you get a ride on a 22' C-Dory and feel you would like a little more room, I have a really nice 23' Cape cruiser for sale. This is a sister to the 22' C-Dory. It's located in Port Orchard ,WA. Any interest, I can get you more specifics.
