Adding Photos to album on new site?

I'm trying to figure out how to add photos to my album on this new site. is there directions for this somewhere. Haven't found them yet. Thanks
 
I have the same problem--plus our albums are not longer in the format, and order we had in the past--so saying see XX page #XXX no longer is valid. The photos are still there, but not as usable. Plus do not see easy way to just add photos, without embeding them into a post (which is now much easier).
 
Sorry, I can’t help, as I’m hesitant to add photos or video to my photo media thinking it could add to the present problems there.

Presently if I go to my photo media it shows 63 pages under my media of which more than half are not mine, while at the same time many of my actual photos from the old site are missing.

If I go to media, then, Our C-Dory albums & then to my album, there it is listed as Hunkydory Jay & JoLee & only contains the single photos from the old site, but none of the 52 sub albums containing the remaining 1000+ photos & videos.

If I log in, then hit media followed by, your albums. I reach my 52 sub albums, but they are in random order & not named as they were on the old site. Which makes it difficult to view a particular year or event & not reachable this way by anyone but the poster.

I have found through trial & error, that my sub albums & others here can be viewed by myself or someone else, whether they are logged in or not & also see the original titles in the process, but I doubt many will do this, as it’s a somewhat complicated. To do this again go to media, then Our C-Dory Albums. Find the member name, such as for me Hunkydory Jay & JoLee. Click on the single set of photos that show up this will open up a page of photos. On that page scroll down towards the bottom & you will see an area called “Album privacy”. In this there is an item called “albums:”next to it on the right is the number of them in my case that’s 52. Click on it & in my case, pages of 52 sub albums pop up where they can viewed but not in logical sequence. But on this same page you can again go to “Our C -Dory Albums” & then if I scroll back down towards my Hunkydory Jay & JoLee it will be followed by all the names of my 52 sub albums with their titles & dates & each can be brought to view separately. So it can be done, but my previous saying, somewhat complicated, an understatement.

I hope this can be resolved, so our old photo albums can continue to be viewed.
 
Click on your name at the top of the page. When the next page opens, click on your name in the box. In the next box that opens, click on "albums." I bookmark this page as a favorite to make it easier to get to next time. In the small boxes to the right are folder icons in the upper right of each folder. Click on the folder icon you want to add media to. On the next page, select "upload file." Select as many photos as you want to upload from your computer. After they upload, click on "save."
 
Thank you Phil. To add on: the "Albums" will be in the blue strip footer in the box. Unfortunately the photos are no longer organized as they were in the past site. But they are much easier to add, and I believe to edit.
 
I looked through my photo album here after reading the above posts: yep, no particular order; plus, there are images in there that aren't ours. Could be an issue if some folks are missing those images.

On the flip side, it was a fun walk down "Memory Lane" to look through the photos that are there.
