Thats another "new" one for me....doesn't seem real practical--but an interesting boat. 140 hp--on a bracket and 40 mph.

There was another one of these at the Fortman Marina in Alameda on the Oakland Estuary in the late 1990's, but it had a 140 hp Suzuki and some other accessories including a radar reflector on a rigid pole, etc.

The 140 hp seems like a lot, but with the somewhat deeper V hull, more hp is needed to get the same speed, and the hull can make use of more without getting squirrely, so we get 40 mph instead of 30, such as for a CD-22 Cruiser/Angler.

there is one here in my area. I ran in to the owners fishing. Looks like a great day boat or a two or three night boat. Lots of room in the back.
