25' cruiser dimensions

Can anyone give me the dimensions for a 25' C-Dory sitting on the trailer. Height, width, length. Looking at building a shop before we buy a boat. Need to make it big enough![/u]
 
I have one sitting in my yard I can measure. Pretty sure it is all of that, maybe more height-wise. Length will depend on the trailer mfg.

Ours, with a radar arch and the over-all white light just above the radar, on a King Saltwater Series trailer would just squeek under a 12' door on the storage unit. Length on the trailer (with the motor down) was 32', add more for the motor raised, 9' width, measured at the side bunks which stuck out a bit more than the coaming.
