For sale: 2006 Tom Cat by C Dory. Twin 150 Suzuki outboards 240 hours. 14,000 lb rated Aluminum frame trailer by Float on. Trailer has less than 1500 miles on it, with spare. Boat on trailer weight is about 10,000 lbs. You will need a ¾ ton vehicle to tow it safely.
We haven’t used this boat enough to justify keeping it out the hands of someone that will enjoy its potential. It's been used only 30+ hours in the two+ years that we have owned it. In addition, I find that I cannot maintain the boat properly and Sally currently has a broken arm that hinders her movement considerably. It’s the second TC255 I have owned and, I believe, one of the best out there. Our interests must shift elsewhere.

Window interior coverings. Full Temperpedic mattress pad. All bedding included. Ditch bag, with safety gear. There is an extra cushion which allows one person (over 6' 4") to sleep fore and aft, and then several others to sleep athwartships if you wish on the forward bunk.
It has been lift kept, and flushed with fresh water after each run. No bottom paint. She is ready to go anywhere. Just put on food and go. All utensils, pots, dishes etc included. All spares, extra new LED lights, spot lights, flood lights for night running, everything you need to go..... . I hauled this boat from Pensacola to Virginia in August of 2011.
Please look at the "Thatway" album. http://www.c-brats.com/viewtopic.php?t=15884 You will see how the upgrades were done properly. (There are also some later photos of the restoration of a 25 monohull, don't confuse them). These are Dr. Bob’s original pictures. Nothing has been done since then except for the screens for the cockpit enclosure and a bypass I installed on the water heater so when you winterize it, you don’t have to fill the heater with antifreeze. The boat has been fully winterized each winter and has remained on the lift. I don’t have many pictures of it but the ones on the Thataway album are current to the configuration of the boat. Could be shipped to the West Coast for about $3500 (last estimate). Email with Questions or pictures of anything specific. I run the boat each week (on the lift, or for a short trip into the River) and it is ready for a sea trial on short notice.
