Hmmm. I wonder where everyone is??
WE'RE BAAAAAK!
and oh what a great time.....a real Hawaiian Luau (as in summoned to dinner with the sound of the conch shell blowing, then feasting on a whole roasted pig, salmon, shrimp, chicken breasts, pasta, salads, etc. etc. Many bottles of wine, Snoqualamie Falls Beer keg, and soda pop for the kids (and the designated drivers such as me).
There were many prizes for the fortunate winners in the drawings...(fishing rods, VHF portable radios, sizeable cash envelopes, gift certificates, C-Dory hats, C-Dory coats, C-Dory t-shirts, massages, several dozens of roses, and many more that I'm sure I've mistakenly overlooked) these donations came from C-Dory, their vendors, and others that have an intimate interest in C-Dory.
Charlie, was the recipient of a custom made C-Dory trailer hitch receiver insert/cover manufactured by Roger (Sensei).
(Charlie thanks for being such a good sport about the Seahawks/Redskins Game!)
We all were invited to tour the factory at our leisure and see the many vessels in various stages of production.
Many thanks to the C-Dory Company and their staff (who were present and worked very hard to see that all of our needs were met). Additionally we were introduced to the Livingstons who are in partnership with C-Dory in the new line of C-Ranger boats.
As you can see I could write a book about the great evening and the wonderful folks in our greater C-Dory family.
For those of you that were unable to attend, we missed you and we hope to cruise with you in the future.
Thanks all for a great evening!
